Plan Entitlements
Mapping Matter is delivered as a Disguise Cloud plugin. Reading is public; creating and editing require an entitlement.
What’s free for any signed-in user
Section titled “What’s free for any signed-in user”- Open and explore demo scenes (read-only).
- Open any Production you’ve been shared into — as Editor or Viewer — and view its scene without an entitlement of your own.
- Use the snapshot viewer for published shares.
What requires an entitlement
Section titled “What requires an entitlement”Creating or editing requires an active Mapping Matter entitlement on the user’s organisation:
- Create a new Production.
- Edit a scene’s geometry, projectors, LED screens, materials, or layers.
- Publish snapshots from a scene.
If you open a scene you’ve been shared as an Editor but your own org doesn’t have Mapping Matter, the editor opens in View-only mode — every write affordance is blocked and a one-per-session notice tells you why.
Snapshot viewers
Section titled “Snapshot viewers”Recipients of a snapshot share — anonymous link or user invite — do not need an entitled plan, and they never count against your seat allowance.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Plan changes are managed in Disguise Cloud organisation settings, not in Mapping Matter. See the organisation settings page, or contact support@disguise.one.
