Disguise X Range License Support

Disguise offers a variety of services to ensure customer excellence, including premium support packages, warranties, and a global customer service team with 24/7/365 support.

Disguise X range license instances are included within Disguise’s support offering, however, it is important to note that support for Disguise X range licenses are available on a best-efforts basis only. Disguise Support will attempt to isolate an issue to determine whether it is specific to Designer or the node being used with the Disguise X range license for video playback.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the node used with a Disguise X range license instance meets our recommended system specification outlined here. We are unable to provide support on any nodes that fail to meet these requirements, or requests to verify specific components within the recommended hardware specification, such as motherboard or GPU models for example.

We are also unable to support any issues specific to the node being used with Disguise X range licenses, the choice of drivers/SDKs, BSODs, or the use of any third-party software used on the node with Disguise X range licenses.

When raising a support ticket for a Disguise X range license instance via email support@disguise.one or the Disguise Support portal, we strongly recommend that users create a System Diagnostic, which includes a list of all hardware and software on the node. This can be achieved by following the steps outlined here.
